Vaguely remember there being a soundboard track of this on one of the BTCS promo singles. Ring a bell with anyone?

I had a copy of this but I had some files go haywire and this was one of them. I haven't been able to recover it. The copy I had sounded like a taper but I can't be sure. This was from 09/03/1995 Jones Beach according to DMBalmanac.
