SOOOOOOOO GLAD I WAS THERE!!!! The place was insanely loud. If the crowd hadn't chanted Halloween there is no way it would have been played.

I'm d/l it on DT right now. Mike Peters must have stayed up half the night to get it transferred. Amazing.

DMBand.com Road Page Notes
We're in the middle of a whirlwind of shows. Playing with Willie Nelson at the ball parks last weekend was a highlight of the tour so far, for certain. Tonight, though we were missing Jeff Coffin do to his prior commitment with the Flecktones, the band pulled out a fantastic show. Following a relentless chant from the audience requesting that the band play Halloween, DMB obliged, but only after playing the intro to Everyday as a fake out. Tim's solo during Crush was nothing short of epic and Carter's solo at the end of Two Step was the pinnacle of the evening. We're on our way back to the home state. See y'all at Va. Beach on Thursday.

I d/l the whole show. I will admit it wasn't the best Halloween ever (Dave's voice was off a bit) but it was still great. The Everyday tease caught the crowd totally off guard. To cool.....

Yeah i was thinkin the same thing. Lyrics are very diff too. Not that I know the lyrics but they sounded WAY diff. I liked the way Timmy's guitar sounded as well. Lucky Bastards!

and once again a cool moment is ruined by repeating the exact thing the next night.

I agree. Maybe they are planning on throwing Halloween into the mix and swapping it with Shotgun as the new "desired" song
over/ under on them playing Halloween 3 more times this tour? Thoughts?

the fun part about dmb this year is no one knows what to expect. just when we think we got the setlists figured out they change it one us. bravo to dmb for that.

i agree but i don't like the wave pattern they use. the monies, hey, hey, melissa all solid and beginning of the tour, then sledgehammer takes over for a while, now burning down the house and halloween? I'd love all of this a bit more if it was truly a surprise instead of "nice, alpine's coming up...we can expect burning down the house and halloween"...
i'm so glad they haven't played #40 since spac (though it wouldn't upset me if they did...just thankful it didn't make a regular rotation immediately after.
