i know nothing of a tiger suit. he wears an iverson jersey and is referred to as "#3". he also passes out blowpops.

Yup, same dude. He was wearing a full body tiger suit with the Iverson jersey over it at N2 at the Gorge. His 250th show I believe? Band got a kick out of his outfit.
