Is this legal?

I was just browsing through ebay, and came across an auction for a "Dave Matthews Band Itunes Album Code Warehouse DMB." Starting price is $4.99. First of all, this just pisses me off since they gave us all 3 extra to specifically GIVE to friends. But most of all, is this legal? I know you're not allowed to sell recorded shows, and I think since this was free it might fall under that category.

I saw that too right as the codes came out. Not sure if it is or not but there are ALWAYS people who capitalize on these things....sucks..

Hmm, I don't know. I guess it's like anything else. Someone has something that someone else wants, and will pay a price for it.

Seems like pretty crappy judgement, but I'm not sure there's much that could be done about it.

There are people on eBay that sell rebate coupons for all sorts of electronics, etc.

Yes, thats right. I have seen those before.

I wouldn't mind an additional code for my sister... she bought her Ticketmaster tickets from someone on ants, so she didn't get a code either.
