I ordered a DMB sticker on Ebay and I got it along with a couple of live discs that were sent as a bonus. I didn't think anything of it because he didn't charge me for the cd's (I won the action at 63 cents or some small amount).

Check out the email I got from the guy today.....

I the did the bolding to point out the fact that he is doing a very bad thing. I'm going to send him an email informing him this is against DMB policy and his actions could eventually lead to the band to stop fan recordings. My question is this; is there something else I can do? Contact dmbexchange.com or db.etree.org?

You can contact red light and pass his info along. I'm sure there's some contact info on the dmband.com page also. If you send it somewhere (like a general customer support contact), I'm sure they'll pass it along to where it needs.

I just figured out that I didn't send an email to dmmbexchange .com because the link to contact them is no good. He is thier biggest "trader." Can any of you help me out here?

I sent a new email to redlight management to let them know that I was unable to contact the staff at dmbexchange.com because the contact staff link is no good. I'm going to let it go at this point; it's up to them to step in if they're concerned about this. I think I did my part to try and put this guy out of buisness. Thanks for the info and help all.

Nicely done! Fuckers like that are what makes bands stop allowing tapers. Everyone else is made to suffer because some ass-jockey feels the need to dispobey the rules and charge for his "trading". Keep us posted on the unfolding story!

I sent a second email to dmband.com too. If something happens then cool. Assholes like this just change screen names and go at it again so I'm going to keep looking out for this guy. I'll pop $2 on an ebay auction to see if it's him. I will haunt him..... ;)
