I guess it depends on how much you like it the image.

Generally speaking, his foils are always extremely low print runs and usually pretty damn stunning looking, I know Sam can attest to this.

You're definitely going to pay a premium for the foil, but if you like his work and are happy with the price I'd say go for it. At worst case you can always resell it, there's a huge market for EMEK and especially his foils, I've seen some pretty crazy prices recently.

Just picked up my Peace Tree from the framer, I'm extremely happy with the work she did. As I said before I was a little bit nervous about the negative space at the bottom of the print, but she suggested a name plate at the bottom to balance it all out, which I think it did perfectly. I think my wife will be pleased with this one when she unwraps on christmas day, if not I can always hang it in my office ;)

Squier Strats are nice for around $200, or an Epiphone Les Paul Jr. is like $130, or if you went for an Epiphone SG for like $350, you'd have a guitar you could use for a while......and that Queens poster is on of his best IMO.

The week of EMEK additions continues, this time with a lil OG flavor!!

Picked this up from the Peoples Art of Portland Goodfoot Gallery EMEK exhibit they ran over the last month. Extremely pleased to add an original piece of art from my favorite artist to my collection.

After picking up the OG I received an email from Jason who runs the gallery letting me know that usually he likes to throw in a surprise freebie with purchase and when someone buys the OG he likes to include the poster version. He let me "ruin the surprise" by letting me choose if I wanted the original Wakarusa print framed or all four versions of the peace bird foils framed, as you can see I chose the latter, I think it worked out pretty well ;)

yep I had that same problem too, hit the Buy Now button on the first chance but it was still mistakenly tied to the book, not the UM poster. Had to 'X' out of the Paypal window and by the time I refreshed, the first wave had sold out. Hit it on the third chance though

One thing that I think they need to work out is combined shipping. Shipping for each sticker set is $2.50, so if you buy 10, they are charging $25 bucks for shipping.
