Anyone know where the best place/site is to find deals on Reno hotels? AND for those that have been there what are some good hotels downtown to look for if possible? Thanks for the help as always! :christy

was just in reno recently (last 3 months). compared to vegas the place is a dump! alot of local businesses have vanished due to economic hardship. but that is good for tourists. great deals can be found. your money will go alot further in reno than vegas.

Thanks man! I have looked through quite a few of those already. I will probably settle in at $40-50/ nite. Vegas earlier this year was $22/ night when I stayed there. I was wondering if there is any chance of getting that low in Reno. If anyone else has anymore info - the help would be much appreciated.

22 a night?! shiit i thought i had a good deal march 08....$75 a guy for 4 guys, 3 nights, 26th floor strip view, MGM Grand. Where did you get $22?!

I stayed 3/26 through 3/31 at Binion's on Fremont St. I was bowling at the Cashman center which was only a few blocks away from downtown so I chose to be close. $22/ night. And I had a GD blast on Fremont! Holy hell it was rough.

NICE I was there just in the beginning of the month for spring break....i have never consumed as much alcohol in my life before. oh and didnt win anything...just got drank, layed at the pool and stayed up all night, and gambled a little
