I have grown to like some of his work. I just cant understand why anyone who wants to be an artist and thinks they have talent would feel it neccesary to copy from someone else. Also, if he decided that was the route he was going to take because of his stance on fair use, why not be upfront and honest about the situation. this has caused him to lose all credibility in my mind.

Any publicity is good. This should make the prints more valuable. Good job to anyone who has one of these.

yeah but this is terrible for shep. He would have EASILY won his case without this. Now he still might but it just makes him look like an idiot.

I don't really see anything out-hyping the hype that already happened with these.
